I tried a diet...

I'm sure you've all heard of the military diet where you eat specific meals for 3 days straight. Please note I'm using the word "meals" lightly..... The diet claims you can lose up to 10 pounds in a week. Be aware, I train 4-5x a week and eat well over 1500 cals a day. The type of training I do is no light shit. I lift heavy and hit accessory work to improve those heavy lifts, so ya girl be hungry and I EAT.

Starting weight -138.6lb

Day 1 wasn't terrible....

Breakfast: I ate around 10am

1/2 Grapefruit

1 slice of Toast

2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter

1 cup Black Coffee or Tea (I had black tea, actually was good cause I will never drink black coffee.. yuck)

Lunch: I ate around 12pm

1/2 Cup of Tuna (I added a slither of mayo cause shit tasted like dirt!!) 1 Slice of Toast 1 cup Coffee or Tea (I drank lipton green tea)

Dinner: I ate around 7pm

3 ounces of any type of meat (I had beef cubes) 1 cup of green beans 1/2 banana 1 small apple 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Recap, I WAS STARVING AFTER MY LUNCH BY 2PM. Idk if it's because my mind and body just knew it was bout to go through some BS or because that lunch was basically nothing, probably both. I did drink about 1 gallon of water, as I do anyway. Dinner was the highlight of my day lol.

Day 2: I weighed in after I used the bathroom with nothing in my system at 136.2lb.

Breakfast 8am

1 egg 1 slice of toast 1/2 banana

Lunch (starvvvvinggg) 11:30am

1 cup of cottage cheese (grosssss I even bought the one with pineapple but that texture.. NAW) 1 hard boiled egg 5 saltine crackers (I had like 10 won't even lie, my mind was breaking down)

Dinner 630p

2 hot dogs (without bun) 1 cup of broccoli 1/2 cup of carrots 1/2 banana (saved for a dessert around 9pm) 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (saved for a dessert around 9pm)

Man listen.... I ditched that meal after I ate one hot dog and had mozzarella sticks!!!

I COULDN'T TAKE IT. I GAVE UP Y'ALL. I wasn't going to live like this any longer lmaooo

If I would've done Day 3: I weighed in at 134.0lb.

Breakfast:

5 saltine crackers 1 slice of cheddar cheese 1 small apple

Lunch:

1 hard boiled egg (or cooked however you like) 1 slice of toast

Dinner:

1 cup of tuna 1/2 banana 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

......Yeah man, you see Day 3?? I probably would've died from starvation. I'm exaggerating but this shit was insane. The rest of the 4 days you are to eat on a 1500cal based diet, but I didn't even waste my time looking at that. I just QUIT COLD TURKEY. I don't eat like a wild woman a regular basis but if I want a burger I get a burger. This clearly is a caloric deficit. Eating roughly 1200cals or less a day. I did this to see what would come from it. I started at 138.6lbs and ended at 134.0. So in a total of 3 days I lost 4.6lbs. Although I had visible fat loss and total weight loss, I couldn't go any further. It affected my training, I couldn't lift how I wanted. My energy levels went to shit. I was hungry and irritated. Lmao shit was horrible fam. I immediately went back to my regularly scheduled program!
