Why can't you stick to your word?

This past week I've gotten inquiries about training after a client of mine posted her 4 week progress. I can totally see why that would spark interest. Progress photos make people think "she did it, I can too" or "I want my own progress to be proud of". I usually get the same questions. Like "what can I do to lose my belly and get abs?" "how do I grow a booty?" "I want to be toned but not look manly." (hate that one). These questions come from seeing all of the above somewhere, usually IG. But ask yourself, are you ready to TRAIN? Not work out. Are you willing to make commitments and sacrifices for your goals?
I don't work out. I TRAIN AND I TRAIN HARD.
Training and working out are two different things to me. "Working out" is doing something that just sounds good to you, or consists of you repeating something you seen on social media, or doing what your friend posted in the group chat cause her favorite IG model did it. This isn't shade, some movement is better than none.
Think to yourself, is there purpose behind these work outs? Do you attack every day with the intent to become better? Do you have a set goal and get after that goal no matter what you have planned during the week?
Training is when you go to the gym with a purpose and an objective to get shit done. The reason you take your ass to the gym is because you have a goal. The goal doesn't have to be to look better. The goal can be because you want to increase your 1 mile time, it can be completing a challenge you enrolled in, it can be to become stronger, it can be to TRAIN for a competition you have in 2 months. Whatever the reason is, the motivation is backed by a goal.
Having a program or some sort of organization in your training regimen will you set you up for success. Before I knew what to even do in the gym I did cardio for 40 minutes and hit each machine with no purpose, just a reason to say I work out. Making or purchasing a program to follow will create a habit that can become a part of your everyday lifestyle.
I help people achieve all different goals, I know what it takes to be successful. Contact me if you wish to start or if you have any further questions. We all start somewhere and we can all use a helping hand. Don't be shy!
My programs can be found under the train tab!
